The Programme
Our Product Graduate programme is split across our businesses in London, Cardiff and Leeds and we are looking for three Product Managers to work across our London and Sutton office for 2023.
You will join a structured and well-developed 2 year programme either working in Proagrica, ICIS and/or Cirium. You will experience 2 x 12 month rotations across two of these markets to ensure you gain experience across the product lifecycle. You will then be permanently placed into one of those markets at the end of the 2 years.
The Role
You will be part of our multi-disciplined product team to enhance our product offering and translate customer needs into product requirements.
The role encompasses understanding how to drive product delivery by finding the answers to customer problems, executing against a product roadmap, focusing on improving the customer experience and working closely with technology development teams, product managers, marketing, sales and the wider business.
You’re involved in the entire customer lifecycle from innovation/conception, discovery, implementation, go to market and sunsetting, to drive commercial growth.

- A creative problem solver with a strong desire to learn through hands on experience

Training & Development
You will receive a blend of technical and people skills development. This is important as it’s not just what you do, but how you do it that is important to us.
Initially you will be immersed into an intensive, but rewarding, 2–3-week induction bootcamp and will be part of a wider graduate community with frequent socials including charity days and diversity and inclusion events. We work to a 70/20/10 learning model with 70% of your learning on the job, 20% informal learning and 10% from formal educational learning.
