What to expect
The scheme will start in our London HQ and consists of four six-month rotations across a range of departments which could include:
- Capital Allocation & Business Partnering
- Business Integration
- Strategy
- M&A
- Structured Finance
- Ventures
- Telco Operating Companies
You’ll have the option to tailor your experience to include different companies and functions across our European footprint, with a Senior Sponsor acting as your mentor to help guide you on your journey and provide you with access to networks across the organisation.
Over the two years, we’ll also support you in learning about our business and in developing your Finance skills through interactive learning modules and development initiatives through our Finance Academy.

What we look for
We’re looking for MBA graduates with a growth mindset who are keen to accelerate their careers. You don’t need specific Finance experience, but you will need an entrepreneurial and strategic approach as you’ll be owning high-profile projects with big impact. To be eligible for this position you need to have completed your MBA before the start date and have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
