    C~urb Property Management (part of Link Group) seeks a graduate of any discipline with excellent communication and organisational skills, for a 2 year traineeship.

    You will start your career in one of Scotland’s biggest Registered Social Landlords and social enterprises, learning about project and property management and the delivery of sales & marketing for Scottish Government contracts and more.

You will choose a work-based qualification such as a PGDip in Housing Studies, SCQF in Letting Agency Management or similar, and learn whilst you earn. Placements include factoring, sales & marketing, shared equity, Private Sector Leasing and general property management, with part of the time based in Edinburgh and the majority in Falkirk.

    The post is subject to hybrid working policy with up to 3 days at home after initial training in each placement.

    About you

    You will have graduated in the past two years in any discipline and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time/project management skills is also essential. You will also be self-motivated, open-minded and open to challenges.

    With attention to detail, numeracy and accuracy, you will use Microsoft Office and several databases and other IT systems when working as part of various teams throughout your traineeship.

    Access to a car for property visits is essential.
