Currently we are looking for a Graduate R&D Engineer whowill be a part of the global Littelfuse Bipolar Chip R&D Team and will support the research and development of high Power Bipolar Devices to meet and exceed Littelfuse customers’ expectations. About the job
- Support new product development with a focus on simulation, design and implementation of High Power Bipolar devices.
- Assist in new process development and process integration.
- Suggest and explore process improvements and additions to existing capabilities.
- Support design of experiments in Littelfuse Wafer Fabs as well as with external sources (foundries, equipment suppliers or research institutions).
- Participate in new product and process implementation in cooperation with Operations’ process engineering team to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency and high yield of new designs.
- Co-operate with the quality and evaluation teams to ensure the highest quality and reliability of our products.
- Assist product and process engineering with R&D expertise on yield, cost-down and failure analysis topics.
About you
- Graduate in Engineering, Physics or equivalent.
- Interested in Product Development.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn new concepts.
- Organized and detail-oriented team player.
- An inquisitive, creative mind and hands-on problem solving abilities.
