    The role

    Our customers sit at the heart of what we do. You will be working as part of a dedicated team to support this. You will gain an understanding of all the elements of Housing Management that ensure the delivery of an efficient, effective, and responsive Housing Management service to our customers.

    You will spend time in the following teams to ensure you have a wide reaching experience across our Housing directorate.

    • Tenancy Sustainment
    • Income and Service Charges
    • Customer Service Centre
    • Service Improvement
    • Homeownership and Commercial
    • Neighbourhood Hub
    • Housing Management

    This opportunity is being offered on a full time, fixed term basis for a period of 2 years.

    To be considered for the role of Housing Graduate, you will be/ have:

    • A degree in any discipline.
