    About the role

    We are seeking to recruit a proactive and well-organised administrator. Working within the Strategy Support Office (SSO), in the Office of the Registrar, you will report to the Business Continuity and Operations Manager. You will provide administrative support to the SSO, with particular emphasis on activities and processes relating to Business Continuity, and the support of related activities in the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Team.

    You will liaise with senior staff and operational leads in faculties and professional services. You will service relevant committees and working groups, working with the Chair in the preparation of meeting agendas, the collation of papers, taking of accurate minutes, and following up on actions, ensuring that business runs smoothly.

    You should be educated to degree level or have substantial relevant experience. A self-motivated individual, you should have strong written and oral communication skills, keen attention to detail and a strong organisational ability, to ensure deadlines and standards are consistently met. You should be able to act with tact and discretion in a confidential environment.
