    The Analyst will be supporting the branch network teams in the management of branch overheads, particularly in relation to the bonus schemes. Build close working relationships with both the Branch Network, Finance and HR to build rigor around management of bonus, data cleanse and application for accurate rules for each bonus scheme across ECP Group.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Calculate and distribute the bonus payments for the Branch Network Bonus Scheme and other schemes related to the branch network.
    • This would include collecting reports and engaging with other departments to ensure the required information is gathered and accurate payments are processed
    • After distributing the payments, you will be required to monitor the bonus inbox and ensure all amendments are captured and requested assessed to ensure bonus payments are processed correctly
    • Alongside this you will be required to provide additional analytical support to the business related to bonus and other projects as they occur.

    Key and Desired Skills and Experience

    • Mathematics, Statistics on Analysis based degree would be ideal.
