Lloyd Motor Group, the region's leading independent premium automotive group, is seeking a confident and ambitious Marketing Assistant. Based in the head-office marketing department in Carlisle, the role will be pivotal in supporting our marketing efforts.
The role
This position is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or already experienced marketer to progress their career and advance within a growing company and alongside some global brands. Full training will be provided across all aspects of our marketing, along with ongoing professional development.
The role will support and assist the marketing team with daily duties, including:
- Developing and delivering creative marketing campaigns, including social media, Google Ads, website user experiences, copywriting, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise website content, write web page copy, create or source images, and maximise search engine performance.
- Assisting with events and sponsorship campaigns.
- Monthly reports
- General administrative duties.
- Working alongside the wider marketing team to execute our marketing strategy.
About you
- A relevant university degree or marketing qualification is desirable.
- Ambition and desire to develop your marketing career.
- A passion for digital media and its benefits to a business.
- Creative with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised and adaptable.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and urgent when approaching all tasks.
- A full UK driving licence will be required to travel to our retail centres and supplier meetings.
