    This role will lead the commercialisation of all LMAX Group’s market data. Globally spanning FX, Crypto and any future products launched. This is a new role and new source of revenue for the company, so an entrepreneurial and driven individual has an opportunity to build a market data business from scratch.

    You will be expected to directly contribute to the company’s success by growing market data as a source of revenue. Leading sales and creating marketing pitches and material. As well as covering existing trading clients you will develop new market data clients, services and products.

    You will be responsible for interacting directly with clients, redistributors, analytics firms and other consumers of data. Generating leads, negotiating and closing contracts. You will also be expected to work closely and partner with multiple internal teams within LMAX Group, including business heads, liquidity sales, marketing, technology, finance and other groups.

    Requirements

    Main Duties & Responsibilities

    • Lead market data sales
    • Liaising closely with various internal teams, as required, including business lines, liquidity Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT/Development and Finance
    • Work with business leads to develop and roll out to existing clients a commercial plan for market data as part of the optimisation of overall revenue. Initiate and develop new market data clients and products
    • Represent LMAX at industry sales and marketing events which may include international travel
    • Meaningfully contribute to the global sales, revenue, and volume targets, as well as on an individual basis

    • Clearly articulated market data strategy and marketing pitch, have generated internal support and are executing the strategy
    • Enhanced branding and awareness in the institutional marketplace
    • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company, culture, and products
