An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working graduate to gain experience with our Organisational Development Team for six months.
About the role
We are looking for a recent graduate to support the Organisational Development Team with the delivery and development of talent, training and wellbeing activities across the organisation. This includes apprenticeships, colleague wellbeing, graduate internships, inclusivity groups, mentored employment, recruitment campaigns and work experience.
The Organisational Development Graduate Intern role will broadly cover the following areas:
- Raising awareness of talent, training and wellbeing activities across Locala by supporting the coordination and facilitation of events and campaigns.
- Supporting the development of talent, training and wellbeing activities by liaising with colleagues and external partners to collate and analyse data.
- Assisting the team with the creation of communications and marketing content.
The post-holder will also provide support to the wider Organisational Development and People Directorate when required.
