Responsibilities

Lockton are currently recruiting for an Operations Analyst to join the Professional and Financial Risks (Profin) Division in London.

Role purpose

Provision of operational support to the COO, Operation Leaders and wider Profin division. Produce and analyse internal metrics to maintain company standards in line with the teams targets. Assist the COO and Ops Leads with monthly reporting, people metrics and data capturing.

About the role

  • Provide general administrative support to the COO, Operations Lead and wider Operations Team.
  • Generate and distribute regular reporting for Profin business units
  • ­Assist in collating in month forecast requirements from Profin business units
  • Assist in the production of ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Review and chase Profin teams to manage their outstanding bad debt.
  • Production of financial packs for team meetings where required
  • Assist the Profin Business Units with providing information for internal audits.
