    Our Sales Graduate programme is a great full-time opportunity for individuals looking to accelerate their careers within the sales and account management functions. This programme offers participants the experience of working with a variety of our products, locations and teams while developing the strong skills needed to become an essential part of the sales organisation.

    To be eligible you must be a graduate who has completed your studies in 2022 or a final year undergraduate or Master’s student and have completed all the requirements of your course before September 2023. You should be on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent in any subject area.

    As an international company, our broader sales organization consists of several key teams that play vital roles in the overall client journey. You will have an opportunity to gain experience working with teams consisting of sales, account management, customer success and business development.

    Recruitment process

    We operate a rolling recruitment process with assessment centres starting from December 2022.

    • The first stage of the recruitment process involves a review of your CV and motivational statement.
    • Should you pass the initial screening stage, we will invite you to complete an online test to help identify the skills and behaviours you’ll bring to the role. It includes some questions on how you would describe yourself, how you typically approach tasks, and a short cognitive ability test. 
    • The next step is a telephone interview where we will test your motivations for the role as well as some of our key competencies.
    • The final stage is an assessment centre which involves a number of different types of exercises – further information is provided at the point of invite.

    Please note, all our assessment centres will be run virtually this year.
