As a Lotus Cars Graduate, you will become part of a team helping to define, develop and launch the next generation of high-performance electrified Lotus sports cars, as well as completing 3rd party projects.
Lotus is recruiting a Human Resources Graduate to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience all areas of HR, including Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition.
During your 2-year Graduate Scheme, you will be required to support business critical activities, whilst developing commercial, core and technical skills, through rotation and development opportunities. You will be directly supporting the delivery of our Vision 80 transformation and objectives.
Please note, this role DOES NOT qualify for VISA sponsorship, this includes candidates that are currently working on a Tier 4 VISA.
The Graduate Programme has a fixed start date of the 7th October 2024. We reserve the right to close this role early if a high volume of applications is received.
Key responsibilities include
- Successfully completing functional rotations, delivering on the required objectives, and developing strong relationships across the organisation.
- Supporting the implementation of business improvement projects and product deliverables.
- Developing a deep understanding of Lotus operations and area functions responsibilities.
- Bringing diversity of thought and tactical support to partner the business, as it enters the next phase of increased volume production and EV only products.
- Supporting activities within HR & working with the HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Team and Learning and Development Team.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
Essential
- Achievement or projected achievement of a 2:1 Degree classification in a related subject, for example, HR, Psychology or Business Management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Valid UK Driving License.
- Ability to work in a small / medium sized enterprise undergoing substantial change.
- Flexible and able to rapidly reprioritise and produce excellent outcomes.
Desirable
- Commercial, manufacturing or engineering experience / placement.
