The role
We are looking for ambitious determined Graduate Sales Executives to join our high performing team!
This is a perfect opportunity for someone wanting to start their career in financial services and looking to receive best-in-class training within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
You’ll be asked to come along to a Lumon Assessment Day where you’ll get the opportunity to see our offices, get a feel for us and meet a fantastic team of passionate Lumoneers that will be running the day. This is also a chance to showcase your raw talent and take part in several interviews in one session with a view to be offered a job the very next day if successful!
The team
The corporate team is the driving force behind the business’s sales function. It is an exciting time in our corporate division - we have a new leadership team and are now looking to bring in several Sales Executives to turbo charge our new ambitions.
As a sales executive you will be passionate about consultative selling and welcome the opportunity to apply your trade both in the UK and Europe. A typical week as a Sales Executive consists of:
- Managing and prioritising a list of potential clients to ensure maximum opportunities for conversion.
- Explain Lumon services and how it can help clients with their goals.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of using a currency broker versus traditional methods of banks
- Handle objections to encourage clients to open an account.
- Achieve high talk times and call stats.
- Updating Dynamics CRM with client progress
What we are looking for
- A clear communicator with the ability to make complex things simple.
- Someone who can build rapport quickly to maintain engagement.
- A growth mindset and “can do” mentality.
- Someone who embraces coaching, training, and self-development, with a desire to consistently improve.
- Someone with experience in using a CRM
- A team player and contributes to team goals – ‘We are one’
- Someone who is not faced by adversity or rejection and has the resilience desire to keep pushing and not give up
