You'll have the chance to attend a Lumon Assessment Day on the 15th May , where you can explore our offices, immerse yourself in our culture, and meet our passionate Lumoneer team. This is your opportunity to showcase your talents through a series of interviews, with the potential to be offered a position the very next day.

The team

Our corporate team is the driving force behind our sales function. With a new leadership team at the helm, we're embarking on an exciting chapter in our corporate division. We're seeking talented Sales Executives to turbocharge our ambitions and contribute to our growth. As a Sales Executive, you'll be passionate about consultative selling and embrace the opportunity to apply your skills across the UK and Europe.

Your typical week

  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of potential clients, maximizing conversion opportunities.
  • Explain Lumon's services and how they can help clients achieve their goals.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of using a currency broker over traditional banking methods.
  • Handle objections with professionalism and persuasion, encouraging clients to open an account.
  • Achieve high talk times and call metrics.
  • Update our CRM (Dynamics) with client progress and activity.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Talent for building rapport quickly and maintaining engagement.
