LVFS have an exciting new opportunity in our Marketing Team on a fixed term contract. You will support the effective and efficient running of the B2B Marketing team and assist in the design and delivery of marketing campaigns to financial advisers.
We support Hybrid working but are looking at 40% of the time based in our Bournemouth office. (Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract)
About you
You are a natural organiser and will enjoy using these skills to help with the delivery of marketing activity, campaigns and messaging to ensure maximum impact and consistency across all marketing outputs.
- Hold or working towards an appropriate marketing qualification (e.g., marketing degree or ACIM). Applied marketing experience and/or IFA, life and pensions experience is desirable.
- Strong English language writing skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter, able to think laterally and a good problem-solver.
- Strong organisational skills. Able to effectively manage time, tasks and costs across multiple campaigns/assets.
- Able to work across the ‘marketing mix’, writing copy off-line- as well as on-line campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work in a pressured and changing environment and manage a number of competing priorities to achieve high quality outcomes.
- Strong IT literacy to enable use of in-house document management and purchase order systems.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Details
- Manage a suite of product marketing collateral (literature and web content changes) through workflows and governance processes.
- Ensure compliance standards are followed for all marketing, communications and product materials including sign-off processes and content reviews.
- Management of the S&R Marketing mailbox, responding to marketing enquiries and liaising with colleagues and stakeholders where necessary.
- Provide diary management for the team, coordinating relevant internal and external diaries and booking meeting rooms accordingly.
- Assist with drafting and planning team internal newsletter.
- Assist with the coordination of our annual events programme including roadshows and webinars.
- Budget tracking, raising purchase orders and spend management.
- Draft and plan content for social media accounts, monitoring success and engagement.
- Work effectively with all relevant internal (including product areas and sales) and external parties (including agencies, networks, industry bodies, media owners and affiliates), for the purposes of delivering campaigns and communications activity.
- Act as a brand and tone of voice champion for the wider S&R Proposition Marketing team, proofing copy and materials to ensure content is accurate, consistent and in line with guidelines, collaborating effectively with the Brand Design and copywriting team.
- Monitor competitor marketing activity to identify, strengths, opportunities and items for team awareness.
