    The press intern – UK is part of the UK press team and will report to the head of public relations – UK.

    Key responsibilities

    Support in co-ordination of sample movement, to include:

    • Logging and barcoding of all new collections in launchmetrics
    • Packing and recording of all sample movements in launchmetrics
    • Booking couriers for domestic and international shipments
    • Collating information for and producing documents for international shipments, including commercial invoices
    • Close monitoring of all requests to ensure timely deliveries and returns
    • Organisation of sample room and showroom spaces
    • Close monitoring of showroom and sample storge to ensure clear organisation and smooth processes for sample trafficking
    • Archiving past collections and managing existing archiving processes

    Support in the monitoring and collation of all uk edia coverage, to include:

    • Scanning and filing of all print coverage and clipping all digital and social coverage in preperation for weekly reporting
    • Filing/archiving of all coverage within the celine shared server
    • Maintaining an up to date contact database within launchmetrics
    • Provide adminstrative assistance to the pr team

    Profile

    Requirements

    • An interest in public relations within fashion
    • Organised and proactive, offering of assistance within and outside of the team
    • Previous experience working in a fast - paced press office environment is beneficial
    • Experience using gps launchmetrics for both contacts and samples
    • An overall grasp of the uk media landscape
    • Proficient in microsoft office, specifically powerpoint
    • Fluent in english and excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellet it skills (ms office, including advanced excel)
    • Positive mindset with a strong ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace while maintaining ecellent uality and detail of work
    • Great team player with willingness to learn and develop
