    The CRM Intern will support the CRM Manager with the implementation of the recently launched Loyalty Program and related CRM communications plan, with the aims of improving customer retention, purchase frequency and brand engagement. You will help with the daily implementation of the loyalty program through to evaluation.

    This role would suit someone who has experience of hands-on operational tasks using a combination of marketing systems and excel documents, exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills, and a desire to get involved in operational and analytical work.

    The role will also require good communication and collaboration skills, as there will be interaction with other departments.  Most importantly, they’ll be passionate about gaining hands-on experience of CRM and customer loyalty strategy at an iconic luxury beauty brand.

    Main Responsibilities

    Support CRM Manager with the loyalty program

    • Update brand engagement content (monthly)
    • Manage CRM loyalty stock inventory, orders and deliveries to stores
    • Liaise with Paris CRM team regarding stock
    • Support Retail team / Customer Services with customer requests

    Communications

    • Coordinate and manage mail-outs relating to the loyalty program
    • Coordinate production of printed assets, including agency briefing, amendment/sign-off process, copywriting, proof-reading
    • Ad hoc support for Loyalty Program communications, liaising with CRM exec to ensure commercial pressure is adhered to, and customer experience is optimised.

    Reporting

    • Assist with KPI reporting on Loyalty Program
    • Competitor and market trend analysis (monthly / ad hoc)

    Person Specification

    Key Competencies/Technical Skills

    • Highly competent in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Experience with Adobe Campaign desirable but not mandatory

    Profile

    • Demonstrable knowledge of luxury industry, interest in CRM
    • Highly organised, with exceptional eye for detail and excellent proof-reading skills
    • Strong experience in operational tasks and excel
    • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
    • Previous experience in CRM desirable, but not mandatory
    • English mother tongue

    Additional Information

    This is a full time, 12 month role, starting in January 2022.
