The HR Intern will support the HR team’s strategic objectives and take the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities. The HR Intern will act as a “Change Agent” to support cultural changes across the business, driving a culture of empowerment, feed-back, development, simplification, digitalization.
Job responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Assist with sourcing candidates by researching potential talent and maintaining our candidate database
- Support the recruitment process by supporting with interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Engage with professional networks and school partnerships to promote Louis Vuitton as an employer of choice
HR Administration Assistance
- Contribute to creating employment contracts and reference check processes
- Help maintain accurate HR records for new starters and leavers while ensuring compliance with UK employment regulations and GDPR standards
- Support managing HR systems data entry and upkeep employee files up-to-date for audit compliance purposes
Project Collaboration
- Participate in organizing internal HR events
- Reviewing benefits offer
- Support in leading CSR initiatives
