    The HR Intern will support the HR team’s strategic objectives and take the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities. The HR Intern will act as a “Change Agent” to support cultural changes across the business, driving a culture of empowerment, feed-back, development, simplification, digitalization.

    Job responsibilities

    Talent Acquisition

    • Assist with sourcing candidates by researching potential talent and maintaining our candidate database
    • Support the recruitment process by supporting with interview scheduling and candidate communications
    • Engage with professional networks and school partnerships to promote Louis Vuitton as an employer of choice

    HR Administration Assistance

    • Contribute to creating employment contracts and reference check processes
    • Help maintain accurate HR records for new starters and leavers while ensuring compliance with UK employment regulations and GDPR standards
    • Support managing HR systems data entry and upkeep employee files up-to-date for audit compliance purposes

    Project Collaboration

    • Participate in organizing internal HR events
    • Reviewing benefits offer
    • Support in leading CSR initiatives
