To assist the Brand Management team in developing and executing specific Marketing, consumer activation and consumer amplification projects whilst ensuring overall support in efficient and successful day to day business priorities.

Our Marketing Internships are a fantastic opportunity to discover our unique brands, our company values and to understand & support specific brand and business needs.
As an Intern you will be part of the Marketing team and will report to Ruinart & Hennessy Editions Rare Brand Manager. You will be liaising with other functions across our business and will have to opportunity to lead your own projects, whilst ensuring a strong administrative and logistic support for multiple brand activations.
Your mission will be to support the brand management teams in bringing to life the Krug, Hennessy Editions Rare & Ruinart brand activations, specifically:
Brand Activations
- Co-leading and supporting the development of brand events
- Being a key point of contact with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- On-site event assistance including set-up when necessary
- Acting as an Ambassador for the brands during events
- Support both brand managers in creating itineraries (winemaker tours / VIP guest visits)
- Co-lead the briefing of content creation for the main brand activations (e.g. photographer & videographer) Consumer Engagement Activations Customer Marketing
- Co-leading the development and implementation of Brand visibility in the off trade (e.g. window display, in store visibility) working in partnership with Sales teams and external agencies
- Co-leading the development of activation in the on trade in partnership with the consumer engagement team Communications
- Close collaboration with Communications and Culture team and external PR agencies Digital / CRM
- Supporting digital team on CRM plan linked to specific activations Stock & POSM Management
- Management & ownership of all orders, stock, and logistics, following process from start to completion.
- Support Brand Managers on monthly POSM forecasting and budget management.
- Stock allocation support Administration
- Being a key point of contact for Sales Admin: providing the most up to date brand information
- Monthly report: gathering all information required for monthly presentations and activation summaries for wrap report documents
- Supporting team for day to day sales requests (e.g. brand imagery & tasting notes)
- Providing financial support - raising Purchase Orders, ensuring timely payments & creating new vendor forms.
Profile
- Degree level or equivalent
- Previous work experience/internship in Brand Management / Project Management / Marketing / PR required
- Experience in the luxury goods industry welcome
- Passion for Wines & Spirits required
- Technical & management skills: Strong Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills Skills in SAP a plus
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in dealing with cross-functional stakeholders
