    As the Retail Performance Intern you will liaise closely with our stores on a day to day basis. You will provide first line support to our stores across UK, Ireland and South Africa; assisting in the coordination of Retail Performance topics and driving client experience across the network. 

    About the role

    Your role will be a key interlocuter between our Retail teams and Head office functions including Retail Performance and Learning. 

    • Provide day to day support and assistance to the Retail Store and Operations Management teams
    • Undertake financial administration such as managing and tracking purchase orders, invoicing and monitoring/updating the procurement budget
    • Actively network, partnering with Suppliers and being the key point of reference for any store needs including Stationery, Catering, Domestic and International
    • Regularly attend store visits to ensure close partnership and support is available across a number of RPM projects including Pop Openings, Expansions, Point-of-Sale updates, Compliance updates
    • Managing the Weekly and Monthly Operational KPIs, Uniforms
    • Actively drive engagement with the weekly internal Retail Magazine – working cross-functionally to ensure exciting content is received and produced in a timely manner
    • Support the Retail Teams with any data analysis across a number of retail KPIs
    • Provide support for the set ups for Workshops and Trainings as required
    • Assist the RPM Manager with ad hoc projects to ensure the highest level of client experience levels are ensured

    Who you are

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional working relationships with both internal & external contacts.
    • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal 
    • Strong Excel skills and previous experience analysing and managing large volumes of data
    • Previous experience working within a client centric service environment required
    • Ability to prioritise a varying workload and to work off own initiative
    • Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines
