Your Impact
General marketing support to the Beauty Marketing team at Parfums Christian Dior
Your Mission
As a Marketing Intern you will responsible for the day-to-day implementation of Dior Beauty activity within given guidelines and budget
Your Main Duties
Analysis
- Responsible for monthly make-up sell out reports as well as new product performance analysis reporting for the central marketing team in Paris
- In charge of collating qualitative field feedback on new launches
- Responsible for gathering, filing and reporting on competitive information (new launches & Christmas)
- Expected to go on a minimum of 1 store visit per month in London
Budget management
- Raise PO’s and rigorously track budget for all make-up activities on a weekly basis
- Monitor the make-up marketing budget and expenditure, negotiating quotes with local suppliers and reconciliating budget information across multiple internal systems.
Media
- Brief and follow-up with the production agency on the approval of press, outdoor and digital formats
- Ensure the media budget is rigorously kept up-to-date
Marketing materials
- Develop and produce diverse marketing materials, in line with the product managers’ guidelines, timings and budget
Event, launch and animation implementation
- Coordinate the implementation of animations both in POS and outside POS (engraving, events, Backstage studio, sampling opportunities) in line with product managers’ guidelines, timings and budget
- Allocation of samples, testers and POS material for new launches and events.
Trade and field-force
- Preparation of launch information
- Liaison with the commercial department on ongoing activities
Ad-hoc projects
- Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department
