    The First at Fendi Program aims to welcome the New Generation by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace.

    As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of its experience as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.

    The project

    Based in the HO in London, you will have the opportunity to take the lead a key project related to the launch of the brand’s upcoming collaboration capsule collection with relevant marketing activities.

    This project will have a huge exposure in terms of scope and involved stakeholders.

    Main responsibilities

    • Co-ordinate in store activations related to the capsule collection
    • Liaise with stores for follow up ahead of the launch of capsule collection
    • Supporting the development of the marketing strategic tools connected with CRM activities
    • Performing analysis of CRM campaigns and sales to understand best practices and insights e.g customer database activation, return of investment
    • Reporting on event results and reporting on CRM KPIs where needed
    • Support the retail marketing team and stores with CRM related topics, coordinating activities for stores and assisting with supplier duties such as deliveries of gifts e.t.c
    • Ensuring global guidelines and timeframes are adhered within the local implementation
    • Undertaking training related to CRM and Event management
    • Supporting the retail marketing team with the whole process of development of CRM activities: training and maintaining the tools
    • Shadowing and attending weekly store manager meetings to gain a deeper understanding into the business and their sales
    • Supporting the retail marketing team in implementing an in-store event and other retail activities
    • Actively explore other CRM opportunities focusing on initiating activities and events
    • Consolidating and analysing customer data to derive business indications and provide related actions plans for how to improve
    • Support events and activations in store and out of store
    • Liaise with external suppliers on relevant CRM and marketing related projects

    Profile

    • Previous experience in Fashion/Luxury Environment is considered a plus
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
    • Self-starter
    • Fashion GPS experience
    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent relationship/team skills
    • Confident, organised, professionalism
    • Goal oriented approach, multitasking
    • Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industry
    • Fluent English; another European language is a plus
