    Assessing productivity and delivering new digital technologies and operational processes to support productivity. The role will play a key part in transitioning to the digital era, working cross functionally with HR, IT, IPOS Project Manager and Retail Team. The position delivers support to the Retail Field Team and Retail Operations to ensure efficient processes and operation in line with company strategy.

    Main responsibilities

    • Providing accurate, meaningful, timely analysis and reporting to drive the business
    • Developing and managing daily, weekly and monthly retail sales analysis reports
    • Prepare monthly Store Performance Report and KPI scorecards
    • To work with Business Intelligence to review and translate Orion, Retailer, IPOS and Web Reporting
    • Work cross-functionally to transition current processes to digital platforms
    • To identify opportunities which are negating retail sales, presenting findings to Retail Department
    • Manage and prepare POS Targets, collate and transition results to IPOS platform
    • Collate sales results against targets for commission and incentives, working closely with HR Department
    • Ad-hoc Analysis: by segments, by brand, by area, by region to prepare appropriate Retail Strategy
    • To work on cross functional strategic projects as required with HR, IT, Training Commercial

    Profile

    • Graduate from a Business school with strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
    • Experience in sales and or marketing within the luxury environment would be a distinct advantage but not essential.

    Technical Skills

    • Microsoft office : Very High level in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
    • SAP (preferable)
