    To assist Whisky Senior Brand Manager developing and executing specific program tailored to Whisky retailers such as Grocery and Specialist customers, resonating with each seasonal event and promotion. To help scaling up the education/advocacy program of Whisky in retail environment.

    Main responsabilities

    Assist in proposing and developing commercial programs that are tailored to Grocer, Specialist, E-retail and Convenience channel customers to bring incremental business of Glenmorangie/Ardbeg and drive higher value :

    • Seasonal animation : Bespoke visibility, stocker unit, shelf display, GWP, digital display, banner, or closed consumer campaign contents.
    • Leverage new/limited releases : Awareness pack, trade press kit, tasting/masterclass.
    • Cater the program offer for their promotional calendar – e.g. Burns Night, Easter, Father’s Day, World Whisky Week, Old Fashioned Week, Amazon Prime Day, Whisky of the year, Xmas, etc.
    • Advocacy : engagement program for key trade customers, Ardbeg Embassies and Committee members.

     Support in monitoring and sharing the market data, including the competitive landscape, W&S trend, and consumer behaviours. Track, monitor and review each activation, working closely with Finance/Commercial team.

    Assist in executing advocacy program led by Brand Ambassador – setting up tasting/education sessions, creating invitation and tracking the guestlist

    Experience and skills required:

    Commercial Acumen

    Understanding brand performance and utilizing a level to deliver brand plans that optimise growth whilst meeting customer, shopper and consumer needs. Pro actively working with commercial teams in order to maximize the brand opportunities within the relevant channels

    Brand Management & Marketing Activities

    Supporting the brand team in developing activity. Writing and delivering a brief utilizing a well rounded consumer understanding and harnessing your instinctive ability.
    Acting as a project manager and delivering high quality result achieving objectives on time within the budget

    Insight

    Developing good level of consumer insight, being aware of trends, as well as the food & beverage industry knowledge.
    Understanding what drives and motivates both internal and external partners. Using your motivation skills to achieve your projects desired results

    Strategic Penetration

    Supporting the brand team in delivering consumer and customer driven strategies that deliver brand growth in line with the wide business strategy.

    Technical Skills and Experience Required:
