    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

    What will you be doing?

    We’re looking for a Capacity Planning Analyst to help us deliver great service on our residential telecoms contracts. You’ll work out how many people we need to meet our targets and what we can achieve with the teams we have. Your work will help us stay on track, both operationally and financially. You’ll use real data to make smart decisions. You’ll look at things like team skills, availability, holidays, sickness, and how often we get things right first time.

    You’ll work with two different client teams, each with their own way of doing things. You’ll need to understand what each one needs and help us meet those needs. This role is all about working with people. You’ll build strong relationships with our teams, our clients, and our partners. You’ll also create clear reports and share your findings with senior managers. Your insights will help shape how we plan and improve.

    We want someone who’s confident with data, good at solving problems, and able to explain things clearly. You’ll need to spot what’s working, what’s not, and what we can do better. You’ll also need to be comfortable speaking to a wide range of people and presenting your ideas. If you’ve worked in telecoms before, that’s a plus. If you’ve used tools like Power BI, Excel, SQL, and SharePoint, even better. But most of all, we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, curious, and ready to make a difference. This is a full-time role, reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence. You’ll work closely with our Business Intelligence team and other key people across the business.

    What you’ll bring

    You bring experience in telecoms and a strong track record of turning data into clear, useful insights. You lead with confidence, build strong relationships, and thrive in fast-paced settings. You know how to manage risk, work with different teams, and keep things moving. You’re skilled in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and SharePoint, and you know how to tell a story with data that makes sense to everyone.
