Waldon Telecom operates as a Wireless Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Company and is part of the Telecom Division of M Group Services.
We are looking for a Graduate Acquisition Surveyor to be part of our very successful Mobile Telecoms Acquisition NTQ team in the UK.
What will you be doing?
Your role will be joining a team who deliver end to end services all the UK's major telecommunications operators.
This role fits within Waldon Telecom's Project teams and will work collaboratively with the design, build, health and safety and planning teams in order to provide unrivalled end to end delivery of Electronic Communications Apparatus.
You are likely to work 2 days at home and 3 days conducting site visits in London / South East OR going into the West Byfleet, Surrey office.
What will your key responsibilities be?
- Receiving training in relation to the required competencies and achieving sign off
- Surveying and Locating potential hosts for ECA
- Providing advice to clients in relation to solutions for replacement sites
- Supporting litigious and consensual routes to acquisition of solutions
- Valuation and submission of recommendations to client
- Negotiation and completion of heads of terms, whilst taking client instruction
- Working closely with in internal and external legal teams
- Populating internal and external databases
- Managing a portfolio of properties to handover to build teams
- Co-ordinating with the design departments to facilitate site surveys establishing viability
- Submitting supporting documentation to the planning teams
- Monitoring achievement against SLA and reporting mitigations to client
What competencies are we looking for?
- UK Full Driving Licence
- Willingness to travel
- An RICS accredited degree or a relevant honours degree with the desire to undertake further study
- A passion for learning and gaining new skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Proven ability to work both independently or as part of a team
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and work flexibly with changing priority .
