    Waldon Telecom operates as a Wireless Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Company and is part of the Telecom Division of M Group Services.

    We are looking for a Graduate/Junior Quantity Surveyor to be part of our Commercial team in the UK.

    What will you be doing?

    Your role will be to [work our lead Quantity Surveyors in our growing business to support our delivery teams to deliver on time, within budget and to the required standard for our Client.

    This role fits within Waldon Telecom's Commercial Team and will work collaboratively with the delivery team, our Client and our supply chain.

    What will your key responsibilities be?

    • The preparation of build costs
    • Procurement of activities including development of scope documentation, negotiation of prices with supply chain
    • Contract Administration including issuing of appropriate notices, change management, payment etc.
    • Collation of accurate contemporaneous records of site activities
    • Timely cash recovery
    • Reconciliation of cost / work management systems
    • Production of management information to support decision making
    • Take lead on special projects

    What competencies are we looking for?

    • A demonstrable ability to learn and motivation for the role
    • Attention to detail
    • Proficient in excel and other Office applications
    • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as Clients and our supply chain
    • A degree in Quantity Surveying or experience appropriate for the role
    • Willingness to travel essential
    • Full UK driving licence desirable
