Reporting to the Central Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the monitoring of the network installation end to end process. The end-to-end process covers the monitoring of pre-provisioning, civils works, activations & handover documentation upon network release.
The role
Working in a busy office environment, they will be the main point of contact for the engineering team, supervisors & management, relaying delivery information on numerous builds across the North.
The Project Co-ordination role is fast paced & therefore we are looking for an individual who has an excellent administration background, who can manage & own this work stream. You will be expected to structure and improve the processes in the department and fully understand the operational needs in the department. The Project Co-ordinator should be the main point of contact for any information relating to their relevant build areas, so must be able to multi-task & communicate effectively

What will your key responsibilities be?
- Management & review of build documentation relative to all build stages across Intrusive Survey, Civils & Activations
- Be the main point of contact for all build information & changes
- Hold weekly build reviews with Direct Labour & Sub Contractors
- Work closely with all teams across different stages of the builds
- Liaise with Planning Team to review documentation & amend where necessary
- Risk Register / Action Log management
- Monitor progress against the build programmes to ensure deadlines are met
- Wayleave monitoring
- Build Documentation Control & Checks
- Create change packs throughout the build stages
- Working with the Delivery Managers
- Address Report / release sheet checking (THP Management)
- Admin Support to Manager and onsite Supervisors
