Role
As a service transition industrial placement, you will support the introduction of new products and systems, ensuring that they have the technical services in place to make them a success.
Day to day could look like
- Assist in the designing, building and deployment of services required for transition of new products and systems into Live operation.
- Support ITSM onboarding, including creating or updating Resolver Groups, Approver Groups, Configuration data and Service Catalogue entries
- Support in ensuring and validating deployed services align with services strategy, services architecture, and services operating model
- Identify and engage with users and stakeholders to collate their needs and provide evidence.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data about users to create appropriate outcomes.
Who We're Looking for
- Passionate about a career in Technology
- Studying Technology centric or related degree with the ability to undertake a 12-month placement from Summer 2023 until Summer 2024.
- Understanding or knowledge of Agile process and/or theory would be beneficial, however not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
