The role
MAG is undergoing a transformation and significant growth – and we have no plans to slow down. It’s why we’re recruiting for a talented graduate to help support our mission to be the world’s most intelligent airports.
The purpose of this role is to support with safely and successfully delivering Capital Delivery Projects across the airport portfolio. You will work in conjunction with the Capital Delivery and Asset Management Teams at the airport, supporting on delivery to agreed budgets and timescales.
Throughout your three year graduate programme you will work on multiple exciting projects and deliver the below:
- Adopt an “Airport as the customer” approach to successful delivery of projects ensuring minimal disruption to Airport operations.
- Maintain a clear focus on driving programme efficiencies through intelligent resource utilisation and project bundling opportunities.
- Champion HSE
- Deliver as Promised – Cost, Schedule & Quality
What will make you successful in this role?
You’ll need exceptional organisational and leadership skills, and proven business acumen, enabling you to build and present business cases to promote positive changes in the way we work.
You’ll engage with a wide range of internal teams and external stakeholders, so the ability to communicate and build strong working relationships is a must.
Lastly, to meet our security clearance requirements, you should have lived in the UK for the last three years.
