    About the role

    • Duration: 13 months, starting July 1st, 2024, ending 25th of July 2025
    • Salary: £18,525 per year
    • Benefits: 25 days paid holiday + UK bank holidays, employee assist program and more
    • Location: Bristol Digital Hub (close to Temple Meads station)
    • Hybrid working, based on your tasks.

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a STEM degree (Physics, Math, Data Science, Programming) that offers an Industrial Placement Year
    • Right to work and live in the UK for the duration of the placement.
    • Passion for STEM, and an interest in machine learning
    • Some experience in coding in Python and/or Matlab
    • Creative thinking – design will be at the heart of this work.
    • An interest in understanding customer needs and communicating results.
    • Curiosity and desire to learn – the projects are interdisciplinary
    • A scientific approach to problem solving.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills
