    We are currently looking for proactive Recruitment Advisors to join the Jobs4Students team. Jobs4Students is part of the Student & Graduate Employment Services within the Careers & Employability Service.

    Our aim is to support students in developing their employability skills through paid work experience undertaken alongside their studies. Jobs4Students provides access to work opportunities on campus for our current students. The team is well establish and make a significant impact on the future employment prospects of our students.

    The Role

    These are new fixed term roles which will support the significant growth of the Jobs4Students service and increase the opportunities available to students.

    This is excellent opportunity to be part of the team who provide an efficient and compliant end to end recruitment service to the University while ensuring the University meets its legal obligations.

    You will play a key role in supporting the ongoing development and expansion of the service to help boost the employability of our students.

    About You

    You will

    • Be proactive
    • Have the ability to manage several projects at the same time, balancing their conflicting demands.
    • Possess excellent communication skills
    • Be an effective member of a dynamic delivery team
    • Demonstrate working knowledge of efficient administrative processes
    • Have excellent customer service skills.
    • Have excellent attention to detail, accuracy is paramount importance for this role.

    Experience of using databases and applicant tracking systems is desirable.

    Additional information

    In recognition of staff contributions to the University's achievements during the 2021/2022 academic year, an additional discretionary payment of 2% per annum will be added to your salary until 31/07/23 in order to ensure consistency amongst existing and incoming staff. This additional 2% will be paid pro rata in equal monthly installments, on top of your salary each month until 31/07/23.
