Mansfield District Council have a great opportunity for a Graduate Planning Officer to join the team based in Mansfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,294 - £25,979 per annum.

The role
As our Graduate Planning Officer, you will be encouraged to work between the planning and regenerations teams as we continually support opportunities for your career development. We offer flexible working arrangements, with a commitment to blended working patterns between the office and home.
You will start on an annual leave entitlement of 38 days, moving to 45 days after 5 years’ service, (this includes Bank Holidays) and we have a range of employee benefits including discounted access to local leisure services, retail outlets, and a Bike to Work scheme.
This role would suit a recent graduate or a candidate that is nearing the end of their studies. For this role, you will either be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute or have a qualification that makes you eligible for membership. Canvassing of Members of the Council (directly or indirectly) for any appointment shall disqualify the candidate for that appointment.
