The Role
You’ll grow to be a Financial Technology professional able to work autonomously as part of a distributed cross-functional, Agile delivery Team.
How You’ll Help Take Us There
- Developing software components as per the project delivery plan.
- Designing test suites for automation in order to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Keeping up to date with new developments and strategies within their area and the general IT marketplace.
- Offering ideas, advice and support with regard to improvement initiatives within the team.
- To do what is necessary to ensure all team tasks are completed on schedule.
- Working closely with Product Owners, Developers and Client Support staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent/final year grad (2021-2023) with a relevant degree
- Demonstrable skills on the full software development lifecycle
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrable skill with core Java skills
- Demonstrable skill with Front End (GUI) technologies (React, JavaScript, html5)
- Demonstrable unit testing skills
- Prepared to learn test automation toolkit and write scripts if required
- Prepared to learn DevOps skills
- Demonstrable understanding of object-oriented design patterns
- Agile Ways of Working, preferably SAFe frameworks.
- Communication & collaboration are paramount to the cross-functional scrum operating effectively
- Languages: English
