Spanning 18-24 months, you’ll rotate around across our different finance teams, learning new skills and gaining new experiences. It’s all about giving you exposure to lead projects , work in real jobs and work alongside a talented group of finance professionals. Take your place in our Finance team and you’ll find everything you need to begin shaping the world of retail – your way. From access to in-house development programmes, working closely with seasoned finance professionals and subject matter expertise on verity of projects, to external finance courses (such as ACCA or CIMA) that’ll help you become an expert in your field, this is a springboard on to big things.

- Successful completion of undergraduate-level courses in finance, mathematics, economics or analytical related degree
