The Role
Our generalist stream allows you to experience a wide range of businesses across the M&S portfolio. So, you can see all the exciting places a future at M&S might take you. Rotations could be across our international business, food, clothing and home or digital & data – or one of our support functions. And, not to forget time within our retail network.
You’ll gain exposure to real life projects, whether it’s running a digital & data festival or launching M&S.com in new international markets. If you have a passion for retail, a digital mindset and the inquisitiveness to find solutions for our customers, M&S is the place to be, at exactly the right time.
