About the role
Marlborough’s vibrant community of Graduate Assistants are an invaluable part of College life; supporting pupils with activities beyond the classroom. A key element of this rewarding opportunity is to encourage and mentor pupils on and off campus ensuring that their health, safety and welfare are protected.
A Graduate (or recognised alternative) with a specialism directly relevant to lighting design/program development, you will be energetic, enthusiastic, have a natural rapport with young people as well as a genuine interest in, and commitment to, their care and development. Joining us for an academic year, you will be immersed in the life of a busy boarding school with a salary package that includes accommodation and all meals during term-time, but more importantly offers a fantastic opportunity and fulfilling experience.
