    Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of hotel ownership and partnerships?

    Marriott International is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented intern to join our Hotel Owner & Partner Relations Team in the EMEA region. This is your chance to gain invaluable insights into the Owner & Partner Relations discipline and make a real impact on our exciting new hotel projects.

    Key duties and responsibilities

    • Support the Business Support & Analysis team in the preparation and delivery of regular reporting for the owner & partner community.
    • Assist with data gathering, consolidation, and validation from various internal systems and sources.
    • Download and format recurring performance and operational reports using key internal tools and platforms.
    • Contribute to the planning and logistics of the bi-annual Owner Conference.
    • Help maintain and update internal documentation and tracking tools used by the OPR team.
    • Participate in team meetings, brand briefings, and cross-functional sessions to deepen understanding of the business and stakeholder landscape.

    What we're looking for

    • Education: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Hospitality, Data Analysis).
    • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Attributes: A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for learning.
