    Programme Overview

    We recruit a diverse range of recent graduates who are looking for a leadership career in the finance area. Our Graduate Traineeship: Finance Leadership Experience will enable you to develop deep technical skills and leadership capabilities today, so that you can lead a department tomorrow.

    Programme description

    • 3 x 12-month placements
    • 1 year assignment abroad
    • Work in different functions: supply finance, market finance, corporate (e.g. internal audit, digital solutions) and segments (Petcare, Mars Wrigley, Food)

    What will you do 

    • Play an important role in regional and global projects and teams
    • Work towards CIMA qualification (fees paid and study leave provided) - UK only
    • Join our global trainee community

    Who are we looking for 

    • 2:1 bachelor´s degree in any discipline (UK only)
    • Internationally mobile
