You can choose from three different pathways: Engineering, Supply Chain or Procurement, that equip you with the right functional and leadership experiences to become a supply chain leader of the future.

Engineering Pathway
- 3 x 12-month placements
Programme description:
- Year 1: Project Engineer
- Year 2: Assignment abroad
- Year 3: People leadership role
What will you do:
- Manage your own projects - scoping, installation, evaluation
- Manage your own team in the final year
Who are we looking for:
- Master´s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering
- Ideally first experiences managing a project/group
- Internationally mobile
- Passionate about Supply/Engineering
- Ambition to become a people leader
- Fluent in English and the language of the country you are applying to
- Right to work in the UK
Supply Chain Pathway
- 3 x 12-month placements
Programme description:
- Opportunity of an assignment abroad
- Three placements along our Supply Chain - from production to customer
What will you do:
- Opportunity to manage teams and projects
Who are we looking for:
- 2:1 Bachelor´s degree in any discipline
- Ideally first relevant practical experience
- Internationally mobile
- Passion to become a people leader
- Right to work in the UK
Procurement Pathway
- 3 x 12-month placements

- Opportunity of an assignment abroad
- Manage supplier relationship
What will you do:
- Work on sustainability
- Ensure we buy the right quality products at the right price
Who are we looking for:
- 2:1 Bachelor´s degree in any discipline
- Ideally first experiences in procurement related activities
- Internationally mobile
- Passion to become a people leader
- Right to work in the UK
