We will rely on you to
- Assists with installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of all OpCo desktop hardware and software technology.
- Responds to incidents within SLA / in a timely manner with appropriate level of urgency, and follows up with customers on all issues.
- Escalates incidents and questions to appropriate support group.

- Escalates incidents and questions to appropriate support group.
- Assists with administration and maintenance of non-desktop technology infrastructure components, at the request of other Service Towers.
- Uses Corporate Incident Management System to record and track all support work.
- Registers all new hardware and software assets in the Asset Management Tool, ensuring records are maintained throughout each asset’s lifecycle
- Liaises with business unit contacts regarding staff changes to ensure recovery of all IT assets.
- Performs time tracking tasks as required.
- Gains additional knowledge and stays abreast of current technologies through employee and company sponsored training, periodicals, and regular interaction with other team members.
What you need to have
- Must be in your penultimate year of study
- Be expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 degree classification or equivalent
- Majors Studying finance, economics, or business
- Critical thinking/analytic and some business communications skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Team player in a collaborative environment
- Attention to detail, organized and responsive to change
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
