The first step in your career with Mercer’s Career business may be as a Generalist Graduate Analyst. Generalist Graduate Analysts work with a broad range of clients and industries, participating as a member of project teams across different teams within the Career business to diagnose issues and design strategic solutions

We will rely on you to
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support to senior consultants and project teams
- Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organisation-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends
- Analyse clients' strategic, financial, and organisational information to provide insights that will develop into career strategies and solutions
- Perform financial analyses of industry sectors and client peer groups
- Collaborate with project teams to determine and execute the most effective ways to structure analyses and present information to meet client objectives
- Preparing client presentations and presenting to boards of directors, senior executives, and HR leaders
What you need to have
- To be eligible for this position, you must be on track to achieve or have already achieved a minimum of a 2:2 in your degree discipline.

- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
