What can you expect?
- Mercer is looking for exceptional talent to join our Analyst Development Graduate Programme.
- As part of our Wealth business, you will be primarily focused on delivering Guaranteed Minimum Pensions (GMP) Equalisation projects under the Mercer GMP proposition. This work can involve or lead to involvement in broader activities such as de-risking and financial strategy projects for our clients.
- Our programme is designed to provide you with a fast-track route to working on complex and technical client projects, where you will be an integral part of a wider client team.

We will rely on you to:
- Play a vital role in our team, supporting senior actuaries and consultants, to provide input on projects for defined benefit pension scheme trustees and corporate sponsors in areas such as GMP, risk management and more.
- Help develop and deliver customised advice and solutions to clients.

What you need to have:
- You will have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 degree or be on track to achieve this. If your degree discipline is not STEM-based, you should have a minimum of a grade A mathematics at A level (or equivalent).
- Right to work in the UK on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
