The role
- The future of work is ever changing and at MMB we are excited to be leading this change. We are now looking for candidates to join the new 18 month MMB Consulting & Sales Academy
- At MMB we want to grow our own talent – this affects the way we hire, develop and promote colleagues. This important strategy starts by investing in our academy programme.
- Successful candidates will spend 18 months on an accelerated learning journey across both consulting and sales pathways
- Led by internal subject matter experts, and our external training partner, you will learn both ‘the art and the science’ of consulting and sales within an MMB framework, and embed this learning through alignment with industry-leading consulting and sales professionals
- Candidates will gain CII accreditation across IF1, IF7 and GR1 within the 18 month programme
- Candidates will also gain a formal Level 4 apprenticeship qualification accreditation
- Upon successfully graduating from the MMB Academy, candidates are guaranteed a role within MMB

What you need to have
- The motivation to learn across a varied range of topics
- Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills
- The ability to work both in a team and on solo projects
- Personal drive to make a difference – you should be a self-starter who is achievement and target orientated
- Strong relationship management skills
- A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development A practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Qualifications (required)
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent work experience
- 96 UCAS points at A-Level or equivalent (B-TEC, T-LEVEL etc)
- 5 GCSE’s at Grades 9 – 4 (including English & Maths)
- Right to Work in the UK
