We’re committed to supporting those at the start of their career in Fashion and our 12-month Product Development placement offers you the chance to be responsible for creating, selecting and overseeing the development of new and existing products.

As a Product Development Placement Student, you’ll conduct research to identify market trends and customer needs.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage the product development process from concept to sign-off, ensuring that product specifications meet quality, cost and time-to-market targets.
Working closely with key stakeholders to agree purchasing strategy, you'll monitor sales trends and analyse customer demand to make decisions that align with the company’s sales goals and customer preferences.

To find the best student for our Product Development team, we’d like you to have the following...
- Currently a 2nd year student, ideally studying a Fashion related course that requires you to complete a 12 month placement. Start date – July 2024.
- Retail work experience would be advantageous
- Commercially focused and trend aware
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Self-motivated and committed to developing your skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
