This internship is a paid full-time role based in London and is a great opportunity for a candidate with interest in HR, Recruitment or Finance who would like to gain experience in an investment and market making organisation.
What you will be doing
- Leading the administration of our annual Emerging Talent Recruitment Process including graduate, intern and apprentice roles;
- Liaising with Talent Acquisition on the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees;
- Representing the company at events and information sessions;
- Coordination of interview and assessment days;
- Partnering with the Diversity and Inclusion Committee to roll out key initiatives;
- Proactively suggesting process enhancements;
- Data analysis and interpretation;
