    We are currently looking for an Analyst to join one of the groups specialist divisions. This division partners with governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and the private sector, to work on the critical issues of our time, including the climate emergency, national security, social justice, conflict prevention, and sustainable development. We provide a fully integrated, end to end service, combining multi-discipline communications teams with subject matter experts, across the world. Our work is domestic and global, often affecting the most vulnerable in society, with international activity orientated towards conflict affected or developing countries.

    Job responsibilities

    • Assisting with designing, conducting and analyzing primary research
    • Communicating primary and desk research findings in an effective manner
    • Working across departments (Account Management, Strategy, Production, Media) to get research requirements, respond to requests for insight and information, and share insight to support development of communications strategies; development of creative briefs; campaign assessment reports; other ad hoc research tasks, as directed.
    • Fusing primary field research (quantitative and qualitative), social media and open-source research to produce actionable insight pieces.
    • Participating in the culture of the wider Insights team and agency (for example contributing to team meetings).

    About you

    • Interest and experience in research, especially primary research but also desk research
    • Experience of monitoring tools
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Excellent writing and good presentational skills.
    • Arabic language skills, working proficiency
    • Degree in International Relations or related subjects, MSc preferably
