About the Role
We are seeking a Finance business intern to join our team on a 10-week summer internship programme.
McCarthy Stone’s internship programme will provide you with an excellent experience where you will gain industry and field-related skills, and experience, while earning a competitive salary. Taking part in our programme will boost your CV and will ensure you have a deep understanding of our business, the industry that we operate in and an insight into our customers.
The Divisional Finance function supports the running of the division to deliver our business targets. An understanding of all functions is desirable to be successful in finance. This internship will give you exposure to the management accounts but, will also provide you with exposure to several departments. This could be assisting with a land acquisition, a commercial tender pack or an onsite sales and marketing event.
Alongside your role, you will be part of a cohort of interns which will instantly enable you to start building your internal network at McCarthy Stone. There will also be a series of Learning & Development opportunities to get involved in throughout your journey with us including insight and skills sessions and lunch and learns on key business topics.
