Due to continued growth in our client base we have a new opportunity to join our passionate and dedicated Client Services team, providing exceptional support and helping the Account Managers and Account Directors coordinate integrated digital marketing campaigns.
You’d be joining a talented team committed to delivering a brilliant client experience for major brands across FMCG, Healthcare, Financial Services, Education, Home & Interiors and Utilities.
This role is an initial 12-month fixed term contract, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent Account Management role thereafter.
The Role
We have an ideal opportunity for someone organised and customer-focused, looking to develop their career in digital marketing. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing support to the Account Manager to ensure client accounts and projects are managed to the highest standards
- Managing professional and timely communications as requested by the Account Manager, and high-quality presentations and performance updates.
- Producing accurate reports and dashboards, using relevant templates and accurate data, to track progress against client and agency objectives.
- Supporting the trafficking of work and resource planning, preparing timelines for delivery and ensuring briefs are prepared for internal teams.
- Coordinating the efforts of internal teams, ensuring that meetings are well organised and the handover between teams is seamless.
- Ensuring account data in the CRM system is accurate, secure, and up to date.

The Person
Ideally you'll have:
- A degree in Marketing, Management, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- A proactive style, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- An organised approach to managing workload and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to talk about and present data.
- A natural interest in helping others and building relationships.
- At least six months’ experience in some form of customer service role.
- Experience organising and planning workloads and meetings – may be gained through academic projects, voluntary work, or paid work experience.
- Evidence of personal interest and passion for digital marketing.
